A Few Halloween Decorating Ideas

So I have nothing better to do with the 45mins I have to wait for my last batch of canned tomatoes to be done. At midnight. Well, I guess you can usually find me up this late most nights. It's just not as much fun being a night owl when you have to. Anyway, thought I'd throw in a little post while I wait.

Is anyone else blown away by the fact that is almost OCTOBER!!! Holy smokes! It really crept up on me. I've gotta dig out my Halloween "scaries" and do some creep-a-fying asap. Usually I'm totally jumping the gun to get summer over with and on with the most wonderful time of year, HALLOWEEN! But this year I think I just haven't had time to catch up with everything. It's been a really fast/fun summer. Here are a few photos from our vacation to kind of help give us all some nice decorating tips for the season. Eeenjoy! Boohaha!!

Ava spotted her cousin Rogan across the room at Shane and Tiffany's wedding dinner. She stared at him and then turned my head with her hands in his direction and said,
"Look there's Rogan! He's so handsome."

And it begins...

The games. The practices. The laughing. Little kid soccer is hilarious!!! Luke was so proud of his first goal and we were too, even though it was in the other teams net. :) GO BONES!!!

(OK so mine was just a dorky dive but Scott pulled off a nice handstand on top of the waterfall and some cool flips.) Oh and this is the waterfall the kids have all jumped off of. Yeah, even little tiny Ava! To bad I didn't get a picture of them...so brave! :)

And if we're not out somewhere doing this, Luke and Ava can usually be found at home totally soaked...stripped down to their undies...playin' in the mud or pool or sprinkler..or sink!
